This issue is devoted primarily to property for sale in Tehama Co., although land for sale in other counties is described. The last page of the brochure is a subdivision map of the Elmore Colony Tract., with many owners named on the lots. The verso of the map shows the Hoag Tract at Corning. Lots are numbered but owners are unlisted.
