Envelope reads, "U.C. Campus. FSM Rally. 1964." Negative shows a huge crowd gathered in front of Sproul Hall. Other buildings and the top of the Campinele visible in the background. Bicycles are parked on the right side out of the way of the crowd. A decorated Christmas tree is sitting in this courtyard area as well as lots of other trees. This shot appears to have been taken from the student union.
