Envelope reads, "Red Cross." Negative shows a parade down a Broadway(?) in Oakland of Red Cross workers. One woman in her Red Cross uniform is carrying a sign that says "Aux. No. 2 North Oakland" as she walks in front of a automobile decorated with flowers which is being escorted by soldiers in their uniforms. Behind the car are more Red Cross workers from various groups. Most of them are wearing head coverings.
