Photo shows the far left side of the photo where President Jimmy Carter is giving a speech in San Jose. In this part of the photo Carter is not visible, only some of his Secret Service agents and the crowd. In the background is a building with several large trees and a lamp post with a flag hanging from it. This photo was shot in three parts and taped together to make a panoramic. See H95.18.1212 for the right side of this photo.
