This subdivision is bounded by Prince St. and Fairview St. on the west, by King St. on the north, by Alcatraz Ave. on the east, and Lowell St. on the south. Woolsey, Fairview and Harmon streets run north-south through the subdivision. These lots are "For sale cheap on the installment plan, inquire at residence of E. D. Harmon, on the premises." This plot was surveyed for E. D. Harmon by T. J. Arnold on Sept. 28, 1876. Some names are handwritten in pencil on some of the lots. The Berkeley Railroad and the Alcatraz Station are north of the property on Adeline St. The McKee, Herzog, Dohr, Regent, Homestead, and Dixon tracts are also depicted. Calais St. apparently no longer exists. "Harmon Tract" is handwritten in pencil on the reverse side of the map. The "Tract List" compiled by Quentin dates this tract at 1872, but this survey was done in 1876. Plot No. 53
