History: Collection of black and white photos taken by Cheney, Commercial Photographer, Oakland, Calif. for the account of Wickham Havens Co., to show the development of real estate in the hills section of Oakland. Realtors photograph album including a list of resident and letters of reference. Embossed upon the cover is "Wickham Havens, Inc., Oakland", the company which built the homes in the photographs; the letters in the back range from testimonials from the house owners to business matters of Wickham Havens.
