This is a photographic negative of an Oakland Oak baserunner diving back toward first base. The diving player has his arms outstretched to reach the bag as the Padres first baseman stands above him. It looks as if the Padres got the runner in a pickle between first and second. There are two other Padres in this play - one in the middle of the two bases and another on second base. An umpire at second has his arms above his head. The other umpire, who is at first base is pointing his right arm towards the infield. The shot was taken from the first base side toward the infield and the stands behind the dugout and toward left field can be seen.
