AAHMES Ballpark Pageant. A line of equestrians parades along the first and third base lines at the Oakland Oaks' ballpark. The riders are dressed in matching uniforms with fezzes, and their horses are decorated with fancy tack (bridles, martingales). The riders are participating in a "ballpark pageant" sponsored by AAHMES. Spectators watch the parade from the stadium's grandstand. Also, some of the Oakland Oaks and Hollywood Stars' ballplayers are watching the parade from their respective dugouts.
