Based on earlier photos in this series, this appears to be the Havenscourt Tract in its early years. The lots (#28-30) and block # (9) are consistent with that assumption. The view is of a street headed toward the Oakland Hills. Houses are on the right side of the street and in the background at left. The iamge is partially masked by a glass plate [?] or other translucent object covering most of the left half of the image.
