The Tribune photo, dated December 22, 1959, has the following caption on the back: "CONCOURSE--This is the view outbound passengers will have as they arrive at the glass-fronted ticketing building of new air terminal from auto parking area." the distinctive feature of the building is the fuluted roof spans.
