Handwritten on the back, "Steel for new building, Judson Mfg. Co." Steel beams are numbered and lying near a waterfront, ready to be used in the new Oakland Capwell's building. The groundbreaking for this building was in 1928 and it was finished in August 1929. Originally part of an Album #96 (not original number, but original order.)
