The Foley Tract is comprised of lots bounded on the south by Lincoln Ave., on the west by Everett St., on the north by Blanding Ave., and on the east at a line 410 feet from Everett St., running north-south. The Tract does not extend through to the east to either what is now Noble St. or to Broadway. The east-west streets, in addition to Blanding, are Clement, Eagle, and Buena Vista Aves. (although Buena Vista is not named as such on the map. Also not named, but in evidence, is Tilden Way which passes through the tract in a north-east direction. The Foley Tract is not included in the "Tract List" compiled by Quentin. This original drawing is done with ink. W.F. Boardman is the cited surveyor. Copy B of this map is partially lettered in pencil and streets are shaded in pale ocher. The outline of the tract is shaded in pale green.
