The authors of this flyer suggest that new measures need to be taken in relation to the People's Park crisis. After a few weeks of armed occupation of Berkeley, the killing of "a friend", and the use of brutal military tactics, the composers believe that the masses can no longer passively support their actions and the park in general. Instead, the masses must be active in gaining control of their community. In addition, students, either going home for the summer or staying in Berkeley, must think strategy for their summer endeavors. Subsequently, the authors of this flyer are holding an informal meeting at the Quaker meeting house on Vine street.
