Neg: 1048 KaiserServices, Kaiser Building, Oakland 12, California" This is an aerial view of the plant, showing large shallow [holding?] tanks on both sides of the main buidling, and a smokestack at upper right. The hillside above the plant is terraced, and a truck is on the lowest of the terraces. What may be a slag pile is at lower right.
