At the top of the poster is a green tinted image of a large, full-size whale sculpture. At the bottom of the poster is an image of the same sculpture being climbed on by a group of children, also tinted green. On the bottom edge at the right is "the California gray whale, a true-to-life sculpture by General Whale, to make possible a very real understanding of this whale's true shape and size.
