This is a photographic negative of three Oakland Oaks in the Oaks dugout. The two player on the outside of the photo (far left and far right) are both wearing uniforms and jackets. Charlie Dressen, the Oaks manager is in the middle is wearing his uniform but not his jacket. Dressen is motioning with his right hand. In the background a few gloves a hanging on the dugout wall.
