This subdivision is bounded on the west by Dover St., on the north by Plumas St., on the east by Shattuck Ave., and on the south by Morgan St. With the exception of 4 additional lots on the southwest corner of Morgan St. and Shattuck Ave., this subdivision is limited to one city block. The Oakland Consolidated Railway has tracks on Shattuck Ave. The drawing is for H.G. Fiske, and is the southeastern portion of Alpine Tract no. 2. The Alden Orchard Tract is not listed in the "Tract List" compiled by Quentin. The map is done in black ink on oiled cloth.
