The center stamp is of a fisherman carrying a basket of fish away from a stream. The upper left corner has a red stamp that has "Havana Cuba 1975" in red. Inside the stamp is , "Amazingly enough, because of the provisions of the US blockade against Cuba, the stamps that appear on this page are illegal contraband. Since the stamps present more a "clear and present danger" to the security of the United States than the smoking of a Cuban cigar, and because they are very beautiful, we have taken the bold step of printing them."
