A large wreath of flowers in the shape of a woman's leg sent from a hosiery co. to celebrate the opening of the new H.C. Capwell Co. store on Broadway and 20th in Downtown Oakland. The new building cost 10,000,000 dollars. On this, the opening day their are speeches by local dignitaries, band music, and 20,000 dollars worth of flowers banking Avenue C. originally part of a large photo album #63 (not original number, but original order.)
