Clipping on the back, "Daryle Lamonica starts sixth year as Raider quarterback. He has passed for 127 touchdowns in past five years, best in football." Photo shows Lamonica (#3) just about to throw the ball during a game. From exhibition label: "DARYLE LAMONICA, November 28, 1971--Lamonica was 'the mad bomber,' the chief practitioner of the Raiders' feared long-passing game. Lamonica came to the Raiders in 1967 along with Glenn Bass in a trade with Buffalo for receiver Art Powell and quarterback Tom Flores. As the Raiders' starter in 1967, he threw for 30 touchdowns, 3,228 yards and was named AFL Player of the Year as he led Oakland to Super Bowl II. An exciting player, he was the starting quarterback through the 1972 season ans still ranks number two all-time in Raider career touchdown passes, completions and yards passing.
