Workmen put the finishing touches on the main entrance to City Square, while street and aerial views reveal the mosaic decor of the outdoor plaza, the Romanesque rotunda and the basilica-like porticos planned as entrances to a concourse of smart shops and restaurants." This is a slightly elevated view, showing, in addition to the above description, shrubbery in square planters having benches on each side, and a lone workman wearing a hard hat and walking toward the bottom edge at lower left.
