Original envelope read, "Richmond." Negative show the exterior of the building housing the "C.J. Nethercott Carriage Sign & Auto Painting" buisness. It is a large building with a wide opening for either a car or carriage to drive into the building. There is a smaller door with a man standing on the stoop to the right of the large door. Debris litters the ground in front of the building.
