This appears to be a United States missile and launcher on a wheeled, rubber- tired carrier. The number on the rudder of the launcher is 12148. The rocket has a pair of stubby wings at the nose, and a wider set of wings close to the rudder. The logo of the U.S. is seen on the underside of the rear wing. A group of men is conversing near the rear of the missile.
