The photo shows from left to right, a large vertcial metal tank, a tower shrouded by a metal frame with stairways from top to bottom and two chimneys spewing either smoke or steam, another similar building with one chimney spewing smoke and a similar tower and metal framework, another vertical tank, a large block-like building, and a shop-like building. All told there are four plumes blowing from left to right. Lights are ablaze on the towers and in the buildings. A bundle of elelvated pipes run the width of the plant
